  • This role is part of the Product Finance team under the Aspire program, specifically leading the team that supports Sub Ledger Functional Testing driven by upstream Business initiatives, regulatory initiatives and strategic Finance programs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of functional testing analysts
  • Prepare Test Scripts for SIT and UAT Phases of the project
  • Execute test scripts, track defect, retest and assist in defect resolution
  • Escalate issues as appropriate in a timely manner
  • Communicate with overall test manager, other test leads, functional SME s and technical teams
Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Investment banking experience
  • Qualified accountant (CA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) is preferred
  • Experience in leading a team of functional test analysts within a major project
  • Practical experience of Finance process flows, including Sub Ledger, either in a BAU or Project capacity
  • Strong Data extraction and analysis skills
  • Strong self-starter with minimal need for guidance/supervision
  • Ability to work in a team with good interpersonal skills
