You will be highly visible and will play an important leadership role within Company Senior Management Team. As such, you will have the opportunity and responsibility to help monitor and shape the performance of the business, taking on critical challenges and contributing to the overall strategy and success.Key Responsibilities :- Take responsibility for the strategic direction, enhancement and financial performance of Company products and services- Lead and develop product roadmaps for all products in conjunction with the Senior Team and relevant Product Management Boards- Achieve profitable growth across all product lines at P&L level- Oversee the creation and management of pricing models for each product- Define and develop communications strategy and plan- Work collaboratively with Analytics, Engineering, and Operations to ensure effective delivery and support of products and servicesAs Head of Product Management, you will be responsible for the commercial performance of our products which you will achieve by defining the strategy and roadmap for each product.- Develop and manage budgets and resource requirements- Provide strategic input into the companys business plan- Keep abreast of latest developments within the industryRequirements :- Experience as a senior manager in a product-focused technology business which is driven by quality and customer service- Previous experience leading and developing a product management and marketing function- Previous experience of Internet Services and/or a passion for the Internet and related emerging technologies is essential- Engaging leader who gains buy-in and respect from team/peers- Sound people management skills and experience- Ability to delegate, prioritize and manage a considerable workload- Sound financial and budgetary management and solid commercial acumen- Strong analytical, project management and problem solving skills, with high attention to detail- Ability to think strategically whilst achieving results in immediate area of responsibility- Excellent communicator able to communicate at all levels and adopt a flexible & consultative approach- The ability to adapt to a changing business and market place- Ability to think creatively and exploit business opportunities,
