At Cadence, we hire and develop leaders and innovators who want to make an impact on the world of technology.Required to do the regressions on some of the blocks in the customer network.Should be able to learn and replicate the regression setup for all the blocks in the customer network.Should be able to run all the designs in the regression suite on the builds requested.Publish the results with the score card.In case of any failures, should be able to root-cause the step which caused the failure and file CCRs and follow them to closure.Technical Requirements.Knowledge of Linux/Unix and some basic scripting in shellKnowledge of tcl scripting.Basic understanding of vlsi , physical design flow and the various steps in the physical design flow.Basic understanding of digital physical design process and ability to read the timing reports, DRC reports etc.Good to have : additional knowledge of scripting in perl/python to process logs/reports.Experience/qualificationsBachelors/Masters in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related fields (Instrumentation, Telecommunication etc.)2 years or less experience in Physical design related activities is helpful.We re doing work that matters.
