Job Description

Position: Production Manager Masala lineAbout the Client: Our client is a Rs. 300 crore company operating in the areas of Masala, Pickles and Foods product segments.Location: BengaluruReporting structure: The position will report to the Plant HeadRoles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall manufacturing operations at the own greenfield site for the Masala plant.
  • Alignment of Factory targets in line with organization supply chain strategic framework.
  • Responsible for delivering on volume commitments and customer service targets
  • Responsible for delivering safety, health & environment targets and developing safety culture at site.
  • Responsible for delivering on Quality parameters and developing quality culture at site.
  • Ensuring quality products to be produced with Zero defect at all times.
  • Motivating and guiding the subordinates to execute their responsibilities
  • Maintaining good industrial relations.
  • Driving TPM, manufacturing excellence and world class manufacturing agenda.
  • Stake holder management - Statutory, local bodies.
  • Internal stakeholder management.
Requirements:

Experience : 10 plus years of experience in manufacturing.Educational Qualifications: BE / Diploma in Engineering. Food Technologist background will be preferred.Team Management: Leading a team of front line manufacturing staffs at the various shiftsIndustries: FMCG Masala manufacturing background
