Job Description

  • Project Role :Business Operations - PMO Lead
  • Project Role Description :Create, implement and manage a program office function in support of the execution of delivery or product work. Monitor and report progress to key stakeholders. May have responsibilities for the financial and operational management.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1-Demand and Supply Management of the project through ABACUS tool 2- End to end handling of On-Boarding and Roll Off formalities of resources 3-Managing the transport for the project resources on TMS tool 4-Managing Capacity Tool- Seat Management for resources 5- shift and On-call Allowance and final submission to finance team Asset Management Inventory updating for laptops, cpass tokens, PO details etc 6-Manage group DLs for the project Also, creation of new group DLs as per the requirement
      • Technical Experience : 1-Pyramid view report for the project leadership which gives overview of the new demands and current /future supply tagged to project 2- Proficient in MS Excel MS Power Point MS Word MS SharePoint Accenture tools ABACUS, SMART Supply, ARIBA, ACP, Directory Portal, TMS
      • Professional Attributes : 1- Excellent Verbal communication 2- Team work 3- Adaptable and flexible
    • Educational Qualification : B tech or Graduate
