Job Description

*Role / Responsibilities / Key objectives:

  • Provide end to end ownership for Project implementations (regional or global)
  • Ensure process are met for project requirement and optimized
  • Identify and monitor issues & risks for projects
  • Ensure delivery of Projects are on time and on budget
  • Maintain strong relationships with the Business and key stake holders
  • Assist in compiling departmental metrics and reports
  • Project schedule tracking
  • Project status update and management reporting
  • Skilfully balance the resources, priorities and activities of the team
  • Facilitate communications in project team and stakeholders
  • Organize meeting, agenda, minutes distribution
Skills required:
  • Bachelor s degree
  • 1 to 5 years experience in project management
  • Good to have relevant project management certifications i.e. PMP or PRINCE 2 certified
  • Ability to work on regional and might be on global projects requiring communication and coordination with teams in multiple locations
  • Little experience on Cloud, Connectivity, End Point of Digital workplace related projects with functional knowledge of the technologies.
  • Meet the objectives of each project with creativity and dedication
  • Provide status updates on a regular basis
  • Skills in many aspects and methodologies of project management
  • Good motivational and organizational ability
