HIKindly fill the following informationCurrent Ctc-Expected ctc-Official Notice period(how much can you negotiate)-Current location-Preferred location-Ready to relocate-,Reason for changeExperience-Offer in hand YES OR NOReason for not accepting the offer-Project Manager: (Joining should be within 15 days)Exp-10 yearsPM Experience 5 yearsTechnology java/j2ee , Dot NetJob DescriptionB.E/ B.Tech/ MCA or higher degree in ITPMP OR PRINCE2 practitioner certification shall be desirableHaving at least 10 years of post-qualification relevant work experience in design and development of customized IT applications5+ years of project management experience working through the design, development, release (SDLC) cycle delivering application software projects & should have managed the projects in following technologies:o RDBMS: Oracle (Exadata/ Database Version 11G or later versions)o Web Technology: J2EE /Advanced, Java Or Dot Neto e-CommerceMust have good understanding of Government Processes and IT automation initiatives in e-Governance DomainREQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:* Total 12+ years of IT experience with 4+ years of experience in Project Management activities.* Should have executed at least 2 fixed-cost implementations with good understanding of earned value management.* Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals.* Understanding of software development life cycle.* Outstanding leadership, organizational, and time management skills.* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.* Strong people skills.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors degree, Master degree is a plusIndustry certifications from PMI or similar institutions desirable
