Job Description

  • Manages the implementation of internal delivery-related projects, both technology and non-technology projects.
  • Manages implementation of technology projects onto the Services instance of SFDC including plan, design, build, UAT, SIT, MTP, warranty & deployment
  • Manages get well and/or transformation projects consisting of cross-organizational resources using Project Management processes and methodologies.
  • Responsible for project scope, plan, kick-off, execution and close-out.
  • Manages project financials.
  • Meets or exceeds approved budgets.
  • Provides reliable financial forecasts to Management.
  • Manages stakeholder relationships.
  • Manages first to mid-level stakeholder relationships, including communications.
  • Manages internal as well as external resources within the project team.
  • Provides performance feedback on project team members.
About you:
  • First level university degree or equivalent experience.
  • Typically, 4-6 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of key Services operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management.
  • Participates in the Services PM Profession community.
  • On the PMP Certification path.
  • Very strong analytical and data modelling skills.
  • Very Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Mastery in English and local language.
