Description :- The Associate will join to work with the Entrepreneurship Mindsets & Curriculum team. They will contribute towards the organisations vision by identifying gaps in 21st century skills and life skill education, and will work towards designing and scaling pilots, 10,0000 programs across - Different mediums - no tech, low tech, and high tech - for youth in the age range of 10-18 years. - Different models - at home, with a mentor, in school- Different channels - government schools, rural commerce organisations, cooperatives, youth bodies - how else do you think we could reach young adults at scale Key Responsibilities :- Act as a liaison between alliance partners and the organisation- Participate and represent the organisation in discussions with the taskforce members, advisory groups, and partners- Work with partners to design & execute various pilot programs across geographies; and identify ways for scale - Identify, evaluate and onboard new alliance partners supporting Entrepreneurship Mindsets & Curriculum- Collaborate with the organisations research team to ensure alignment with research agenda; sharing of learnings within the ecosystem; and evaluating program outcomes- Submit program reports, maintain documentation of plans and create weekly/monthly status reports for partners and advisors- Jointly work with the organisations communication team to establish a narrative for EMC, showcase success stories from the organisations pilot and celebrate the collaboration of alliance partners- Blue sky thinking to identify hypotheses for the models propagation and ways to eliminate or grow those modelsCritical Requirements for the Role (Must- Haves) :- 4-6 years of relevant experience in partnerships and/or program management in the education sector- Excellent communication skills.- Aligned to the Vision and Mission of the organization.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment by taking ownership and initiative.- Entrepreneurial stints of your own / part of early-stage teams - a self-starter- Ability to work with ambiguity & incomplete information- A sense of ownership, urgency and camaraderie within diverse sets of people and organisations for your organisations imperativesPreferred Requirements (Nice to Haves) :- Experience in working with academic institutions, policy think tanks and grassroots organizations, edtech organisations, schools, school systems, alliances- Understanding of the employment and entrepreneurship landscape of the country.- Strength in regional languages (One or two of Kannada, Telugu, Tamil or Odia at this moment and any state you could get us into!)- Have previous experience dealing with government for project implementation,
