Job Description

We are looking for a bright, well-spoken, well organized, hardworking go-getter looking for exponential career growth in a short span of time.You will be responsible managing properties across various locations in Bangalore. You will be responsible for Inventory checks at the properties, handling tenant move-ins and exits, as well as maintenance works at the properties including vendor management. Responsibilities and Duties

  • Inventory management
  • Managing tenant move-ins and exits.
  • Managing Maintenance vendors
  • Getting quotations approved from owners tenants respectively.
  • Managing a team of field executives

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of Property Management experience.
  • Pleasant personality, confident and very well-spoken individual.
  • Good written and spoken communication.
  • Extremely bright and hardworking go-getter looking for exponential career growth in a short span of time.
  • Very well organized
  • A dedicated and hardworking individual with a passion and commitment to succeed, and attention to detail.
  • Experience in Real estate
  • Must know the local language

Qualifications and Skills

  • Any graduate or postgraduate with at least 2 years of similar experience.
