Development and maintenance of all functional, regression and automation testsArchitect, design and develop all tests using industry best practices and to ensure their continued reusabilityConduct code review of developed test scripts and ensure appropriate steps are taken to address issuesTest Execution & ReportingCoordinate with professional service teams to understand detailed customer requirements for our highly configurable SaaS platform, then design and conduct tests to ensure customer success.Set up and execute functional/regression test scriptsReview and analyze test case failures; identify if failures are script or product defect relatedAnalyze and report product defects in Jira; make recommendations to prevent future similar defectsWrite, present/distribute and maintain necessary test automation metrics / reportsPerform quality testingPrepare and maintain Quality records for review of completeness and accuracy to meet both internal and external expectations.Maintenance of Test EnvironmentBuild and maintain the Quality Control test environment used for testing; including Linux and Windows server setup, software installation/upgrades and control of static data/configuration required for testingConfigure, maintain and control all supporting tools used for testing; including but not limited to Selenium, Jira, Git/Perforce, Jenkins, and Docker.Team LeadershipCoordinate, lead and execute all WebCenter testing projectsReview and approve test scripts written by other project team members prior to executionSupport project planning efforts by providing inputs to and estimates for project schedules, scope and resource requirements as they relate to software testing.Effectively communicate test considerations, defects, process initiatives, and general status of projects to the Quality Control staff, functional management and executive managementParticipate in process improvement teams and/or completes relative documentation when requiredOther RequirementsDemonstrates effective oral and written communication skills; and can write advanced documentationEstablishes respect and credibility with clients and internal team membersWhen you join us, you ll also be joining Danaher s global organization, where 69,000 people wake up every day determined to help our customers win.
