Job Description

    Works with cross-functional and cross-site teams to improve supplier quality processes Supports the global supplier team on the deployment of Global Supplier processes improvements as identified by the Supplier Quality Program. Conducts suppliers audits, covering quality system registration conformity and production line capability so that a proper and full recommendation/approval can be made on their and deliver quality product. Carry out training on supplier Quality processes as required Collects and reports global supplier metrics across the organization. Assists in ensuring all sites are audit ready . Applies sound, systematic problem-solving methodologies in identifying, prioritizing, and resolving issues. Proactively liaises with Supplier Quality site teams to ensure process requirements are met. Supports the creation and tracking of the annual audit plan for suppliers Support suppliers change notification process and steering meetings Supports Supplier Performance Review meetings Takes part in Global Compliance projects defined by the Global QS Compliance team. Candidate Desired Profile: Bachelor s Degree in science, Engineering, or related subject 5+ years relevant supplier quality / quality operations experience in GMP manufacturing environment in Medical Device/Pharma industry. Demonstrated expertise in quality concepts, practices and procedures. Strong interpersonal skills are required. Lead Auditor ISO 13485 certification a plus Knowledge of ISO 13485 and related quality system requirements (i.e. ISO 9001). Knowledge of and experience in problem solving implementation.
