Job Description

Within the area of Consumer Industries, we are focusing on building solutions that help Retail companies to plan their business as well as their supply chain. Amongst others, many of the well-known globally operating grocery, hardgoods and specialty retailers, as well as fashion brands are our customers. Also, there is a great focus on forecasting, planning and replenishment use cases in the Retail and Consumer Industries. In addition to the regular setup of Scrum teams, the engineering team includes data science experts to develop and make use of state-of-the-art scientific concepts. In collaboration with the generic/standard LOBs our goal is to deliver best in class planning and supply chain processes to cater for constantly evolving business requirements within a fast-changing environment with a clear industry focus.The RoleWe are looking for a a Quality Specialist who would engineer solutions that meet with SAP s quality standards. In this role,you will work very closely with Product Owners, Software Developers, Designers and Domain Experts, in an Agile working model.

  • As a Quality Specialist you would design test case, test plan and ensure successful execution of all the tests during Sprint & over release
  • Design & execute Product standard tests
  • Raise defects and ensure the fix by dev teams
  • Test automation for E2E scenario using TOSCA,Selenium,START
  • Design and implement continuous integration, to enable daily delivery.
  • Monitor and report over product qualities KPIs.
  • Provide a transparent status to stakeholders and proactively take appropriate actions
Role Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering or MCA from reputed institutes with 4 ~ 6 years of experience in software development
  • Profound Quality Engineering and DevOps background with excellence in QE role.
  • Proven, successful track record in test & quality projects or workgroupsWork in a diverse team applying Scrum and agile development
  • Knowledge of automated integration and build frameworks such as Maven, Jenkins.
  • Knowledge of Test-Driven-Development (TDD) and Automated Testing with related frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, TOSCA , START etc.
  • Strong quality and customer focus, self-motivation and drive for execution.
  • Goal- and solution-driven approach with very good problem solving skills.
  • Experience in software development and LEAN methodologies.
