Deep domain knowledge enables us to truly understand and address the challenges and opportunities of Industrial Automation.This is a Research and Development (R&D) Technical Lead role, reporting to the R&D Product Manager in Business Area Process Automation and located in Bangalore. You will be contributing with own ideas to identifying, proposing and implementing innovative technology development and solutions.Your responsibilities

• Providing broad technical software support, training, pilots and consulting services for clients and to carry out the implementation of company software product in pulp and paper industry.
• Implementing digital project in pulp and paper industry, analyzing and gathering customer requirements and proposing appropriate solutions for pulp and paper projects.
• Working with project managers to define scope, features and estimates for new projects, planning project activities with local and remote teams.
• Working directly on development tasks, providing technical leadership, coordinating with other resources and creating high quality products within the defined schedules and budgets.
• Being proficient at installing, configuring, developing a workflow process, troubleshooting the software, and staying current with upgrades, updates and patches.
• Planning and making technological training for customer key users or internal team, creating Clear & concise documentation, providing strategic sales, training, and customer/application support.
• Having good experience in building CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, familiarity with PowerShell Scripts, experience in Windows Install Tools like Install Shield /WiX will be an added advantage.

• Must have bachelors degree in B.E / B.Tech / MCA with 60% and above with minimum 5 years of experience in windows application design and development using .NET framework, .Net Core, C#, WPF & WCF (overall experience to be 8+).
• Working with Pulp & paper industry applications and knowledge of any DCS/PLC/SCADA applications will be an added advantage.
• Must have experience in relational database Oracle/SQL Server/ PostgreSQL, time series database, good knowledge of Object-oriented programming, design principles and design patterns.
• Must have excellent troubleshooting skills at module, product & system levels using any of the tools like DebugDiag, WinDbg (system internal tools).
• Must have good knowledge on Digital Signatures (binaries and Exe), expertise in setup CI/CD pipeline from scratch in Azure DevOps/TFS, setting the branch/merge strategy as required by the project deployment of the builds/packages in Cloud environment.
• Must know the Integration of static code analysis, test frameworks as part of the pipeline.
• Must be expertise in InstallShield for packaging.
