  1. Sourcing residential and commercial properties via field-cold-calling
  2. Update reporting manager about property advantages, disadvantages & Capture property details
  3. Generate leads through canopy activities and other promotional activities
  4. Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay objection handling questions
  5. Daily outbound calling follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads collected through lead generation activities
  6. Sending out details of new properties on the market to people in your database
  7. Showcasing appropriate properties to the prospects matching the investment/residential needs of the prospects, collect signed customer feedback form.
  8. Maintain healthy relation with business associate & customers.
  9. Attending developer meetings & channel partner orientations as and when required.
  10. Must be energetic, good communication, well spoken and eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the organisation
