What we expect from you
  • Understand our target audience in India in an extremely detailed manner. Their pain points, their use cases, the way they prefer to evaluate and buy software, their likes, interests, and preferences. Write compelling content based on this understanding.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams and key stakeholders to understand our customer s pain points and generate content ideas and create detailed outlines.
  • Produce compelling India-first content, sales tools to engage, and nurture prospects across the funnel.
  • Support the regional initiatives including events, ABM, PR, and the #GROWTH community.
  • Rapidly experiment with different content formats, messaging, and themes to optimize for the highest results.
  • Repurpose long-form content to smaller bite-sized content pieces consumable for the region and across a host of digital channels.
  • Execute initiatives while ensuring all content is on-brand, and consistent in style, quality, and tone.
  • Create, repurpose or curate content optimized for search and user experience across all channels viz. written and video content among others.
  • Create educational content based on market data and insights.
Skills that make you the right fit
  • Demonstrated knowledge of marketing principles and the sales funnel/process.
  • Extremely curious, analytical, and is able to pay attention to detail
  • Adept at developing in-depth, well-researched content that compels the reader to take action.
  • Understanding of brand, logo, and regulatory compliance, and the ability to liaise with agencies, vendors, and creative/design professionals.
  • Adept at developing long and short-form content that appeals to customers and prospects

Brownie Points
  • Bachelors degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields
  • 5-7 years of experience in content marketing, preferably for a B2B SaaS enterprise
  • Previous experience writing content for Indian audience is a plus
