Stasis is hiring a Regional Sales Lead to help us scale pan-India with our smart patient monitoring solution. Hospitals today heavily rely on nurses manually monitoring patients. This leads to missed patient symptoms, longer hospital stays, and worse patient outcomes overall. Stasis increases hospital access to automatic, continuous monitoring with our smart cloud-connected monitoring solutions. We have teams in Los Angeles, Bangalore, and working remotely.+About the RoleWe now have opportunities for a Regional Sales Lead to join our vibrant, young and dedicated team across key markets in India. As a Regional Sales Lead you will take ownership of a region for executing the full sales cycle from lead generation to implementation, and through to sales negotiations to help us grow our business. You will be required to engage with hospitals of all sizes to implement our solution and ensure that all in-bound and out-bound regional leads are handled in a timely manner. As we grow, you must be a capable leader of a team. The roles and responsibilities include:Develop, maintain and move clients in the healthy sales pipeline in-line with the company business objectivesEnsure all data is captured, tracked and qualified leads are entered into the CRM leads management systemIdeal candidates will have clincian contacts and have sold medical equipments (ideally patient monitoring solutions)Sales conversions and customer relations Developing the strategic objectives and goals for the regional market and executing on them utilizing scalable technology and minimal workforceCreate & articulate compelling value proposition for customers in pitchesCoordinate with other Stasis team members as requiredMaintain an accurate forecast and develop timely business reports for review, develop case studies, identify key opinion leaders within the region and develop relationships with themIdeally at least 3 years of business development, consulting, sales and marketing experience. Experience within the healthcare sector will be a bonusA good understanding of the healthcare market, challenges, growth prospects and healthcare delivery operationsProcess driven individual with experience in development and management of sales pipeline with proficiency in CRM softwareTravel regionally and pan-India for conferences as required,
