The estimated revenue is Rs. 7,800 million.In 2018, Advent International acquired 40% stake of the company.2) They have owned by Family run business who are the Founders & Promoters of Mother Organization.3) They are mainly Service Providers Of Engineering design Services(MDES), Product Design & Engineering Services(PDES), Animation And Multimedia Services(AMS), Geographical Information Systems(GIS), Architectural Engineering And Construction(AEC), Concept & Illustration, Analysis & Optimization, 3D Modelling, Prototyping, Pilot Molds & Samples, Commercial Molds.This Profile is for that purpose.JOB DESCRIPTION:PROFILE NAME: SECRETERYLOCATION:Bangalore Experience:Apart from Bangalore, Candidate may be from Tamilnadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana etc. also, but must have work experience in BangalorePreferably from Manufacturing background ( Rs. 100 Crores+ Turnover) .Companies He/ She has worked, must be ReputedAge should be 30 to 45 Years ( For exceptional Candidates --- Age can be 50 also)Should have Reported to MD / Executive Director( ED) / President / VP /GM etc Position as SecretaryThere Office will be at Bomasandra for Next 6/7 Months and after that they will be shifted to M.G.Road.
