Responsibilities :- Provide research and analysis support to the consulting team, in social impact / corporate social responsibility.- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis on sectors such as education, healthcare and rural livelihoods- Solving client problems through formulating relevant research and/or analytical approaches- Draft and send out timely proposals- Coordinate across multiple teams to collect and organize existing knowledge base within the company- Contribute to knowledge building/collateral development within the organization- Carry out root cause analysis and hypothesis generation, to help identify both provocative and pragmatic solutions for emerging business challenges.- Lead internal research toll gates and review sessions, create and maintain collaterals- Track industry and competitor landscape including new initiatives, growth outlook, trends and drivers, etc.- Prior experience in understanding key business goals and research objectives, designing outcomes, managing project timelines and deliverables.Role Requirements :- Proven research and analysis skills- 4-6 years of research experience, preferably in a global consulting organization- Strong academic qualifications- Basic understanding of CSR laws, public policy issues- Ability to drive projects to achieve goals & result oriented mindset- Analytical thinking skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook),
