We will be working closely with various Business Units to support their journey to RPA feature enablement. You will get to learn/experience these in-depth about RPA technology, and this role will also give you exposure to the architecture of the RPA. This role does not restrict your imaginative skills and lets you share ideas, making the solution more customer-focused and driving innovation.What are the primary need, technical challenges, and problems you will be responsible for

  • Minimum of 5 years, with 3 years of hands-on experience, is RPA( UiPath preferred)
  • Experience in documenting and maintaining business processes using UML or BPMN notation
  • Good understanding of RPA technologies like BluePrism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere
  • Knowledge of .NET, VB, SQL
  • Flexible and resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to a high-change environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience building strong internal and external relationships.
  • Proven track record in highly professional customer service in a dynamic, start-up environment
  • Knowledge of IT support & maintains processes and tools, Iterative Design & Prototyping (Agile)
  • Must have experience preparing technical specifications, detailed design documents, and developing test cases
  • Experienced in development methodologies and software delivery lifecycle
  • Ability to work in a global cross-functional environment to help support and enhance business systems
  • Able to work, collaborate and contribute in a team environment
