• Expertise in applying project management skills resulting in an end to end delivery.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Coordinate internal resources and offshore teams for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope, and within budget.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Well versed with Scrum.
• Must be a good team player with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Successfully manage the relationship with all stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements

• Very good educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering
• Minimum 9 years of working experience in the information technology sector.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience on Project Management.
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Open to work in flexi hours.
