Job Description

Position Summary:Building the Agency through recruitment and development of AgentsKey Accountabilities:

• Incumbent is responsible to recruit, retain, manage, lead a team of advisors,
• Act as a mentor, coach and be a trainer for the team to drive business/sales targets,
• Generate sales leads through agency by upselling and cross selling of product mix,
• Needs to build his/her own advisor strength and attend field calls to generate sales leads, Agency development through recruitment and social networking skills,
• Minimum 75% of persistency in leads generated YOY

Candidate Specifications:

1. Applicant must have stayed in the same location/vicinity for more than 2 years
2. Educational Qualification Any graduation
3. 4-15 Years of Sales Experience (Life Insurance Preferably)
4. Age should be between 26-42 Years
5. Team Management Skills
6. Must have excellent presentation skills
