Key Responsibilities:- Achievement of Gross Sales, Net Sales assigned in allotted geographic territory majorly for AIF products across channels.- Activate clients and increase productivity in terms of no. of applications and volume.- Enhance and upgrade the Client Net worth relationships.- Identify prospective clients and build relationship for selling the products of the AMC.- Engage with the mapped relationships as per coverage plan, to build strong relationship and recall for the brand.- Acquisition & Servicing of HNI/UHNI customers.- Travel (if need be) within the zone to build tie ups and generate alternates business.- Sales of Alternate Products across channels.- Product champion for the zone, and flag bearer of alternates within the zone.- Adhere to the defined sales process and reporting requirements.- Use internal and external data for sharper focus and market intelligence.- Read and update knowledge on regular basis to be able to articulate the fund house views and positioning of the product.- Liaise with sales-support, investor services and other internal departments, and to ensure timely and quality response to distributors for various requirements.- Ensures that external communications that go from the sales team is factually correct and in compliance with internal procedures and meets all regulatory compliance requirements.- Represents the company in the allotted area and will strive to ensure that the companys image is always upheld and projected in the appropriate manner.- Any other Job as assigned by the management from time to timeBehavioral Competencies- Effective Interpersonal skills- Strong Communication skills- Adaptability- Effective Relationship buildingRole Specific Competencies- Effective networking skill- Self-Starter and Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously- Quick learning Ability- Always updated with latest information on products- Strong memory to recall product information- Ability to gauge the clients interest and orientation, and to pitch for suitable products- Keen interest in markets- Ability to come up with insightful information during the client discussionMinimum Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in FinanceWork Experience:Relevant sales experience in Wealth Management either Direct or Channel sales, Handling B2C and B2B and mainly of Alternate products (AIF & PMS),
