Job Description

HPE Global IT is looking for an experienced ETL / Business Intelligence Developer with broad experience in designing, implementing technical solutions using Informatica ETL tools and Business Objects Enterprise platform in a global, highly complex system landscape. We are looking for individuals with the passion to drive significant business outcomes through technical skills, business acumen and leadership.Global Functions IT, part of HPE Global IT is responsible for providing best in class IT solutions to HPEs internal Global functions like Finance, Tax, Procurement, Treasury, Legal and others. The candidates will be responsible for developing technical solutions meeting regulatory compliance requirement by collaborating with various IT and business partners.Salesforce Technical Lead/PM with experience in complex software development and support. Works closely with business and partner IT teams to understand business data, requirements, and integrations to ensure/manage stable operations and implement build new capabilities.Responsibilities:

  • Ability to plan and manage complex projects
  • Ability to manage multiple project/workstreams at the same time
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodology
  • Experience with JIRA, MS Project Server tools
  • Project management and leadership skills for delivering projects and the teams involved with them
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project completion
  • Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track
  • Excellent task scheduling skills
  • Demonstrated ability to provide innovative solutions to complex and critically sensitive issues affecting multiple disciplines and work groups
Education and Experience Required:
  • Typically a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of related experience or a Masters degree and up to five years of experience.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor s degree and 10+ years of experience.
  • Hands on experience leading/managing Salesforce projects
  • SCRUM certification desirable
