  • Role Description :Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1-Must have extensive experience in Requirements Gathering, Analyzing, Process Designing, Configuring, Implementing, Testing in SAP HCM Module such as Payroll, Time management, ECM, Benefits, CATS is desirable 2-Implementation experience in various SAP HR modules such as Payroll, Benefits, Compensation Management, and Time management 3-Experience supporting multiple country payroll systems including but not limited to the ones mentioned in the role description 4-Knowledge on ABAP debugging-
      • Technical Experience : 1- SAP Payroll, Time management, 2- CATS 3 -Compensation and Benefits 4 -Should have worked with RICEFs extensively Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions and with Tax reporter HR Forms PE51; Remuneration statements; Payroll Journal
      • Professional Attributes : 1 Extensive researching, troubleshooting, problem solving 2 Good communication skills
      • Educational Qualification : 1-Graduate
    • Additional Information : 1-Must have experience in respective country legal and taxation rules impacting payroll
