  • Project Role Description :Work directly with the client gathering requirements to align technology with business strategy and goals and. Experts internally and externally for their deep functional or industry expertise, domain knowledge, or offering expertise.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : Develop and configure the SuccessFactors Learning system as per client requirements Update configuration workbooks and conduct playback sessions for finalization Writing functional specifications for any custom development d Configure Learning application to meet customer requirements
      • Technical Experience : Sound Functional process knowledge in two or more areas like Recruitment Onboarding Org Structure Roles and Hierarchies Org development Talent Management Compensation and Benefits HR compliance and labor laws.Understanding of integrated flows from recruitment to hiring to retiring and the reporting related to various HR functions.Exposure to ERP Applications like SAP Peoplesoft Workday Oracle would be an advantage.Strong working knowledge of MS Windows and Office App esp MS Excel PPT Visio
      • Professional Attributes : Ability to multitask managing multiple projects and competing priorities Tech savvy and open to learn technology.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work in cross functional teams spread across multiple geographies and diverse cultures.Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
