Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesMust have skills

  • Good knowledge in AUTOSAR based products
  • Experience and working Knowledge of Vector Tools
  • Good Amount of Experience (> 4 yrs) in
  • o Maintaining Product Backlogs
  • o Creating User stories, tasks, sub-tasks
  • Experience of handling one more multiple scrum teams effectively.
  • Experience on Managing projects with aggressive timelines
  • Experience of working on back-to-back releases
  • Worked in Agile, Waterfall, V Model Framework closely with all stakeholders and customers for the complete release.
Good to have Skills
  • An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities and possess a flexible & detail-oriented attitude
  • Fan of working in solution mode.
  • Should be able to work in Global environment and Remote working.
Job Responsibility
  • Handling all ceremonies effectively of scrum team
  • Ensuring the KPIs are met/exceeded for the team(s)
  • Creating and managing User stories, tasks, sub-tasks
  • Maintaining Product Backlogs
  • Defining the expectations with all stakeholders
  • Lead the tools team to the successful release
  • Work in anticipation of the upcoming releases, parallel with the ongoing release work
  • Prioritizing and handling scope creep as per Business needs along with PLM
  • Analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams, flowcharts, studying system capabilities and writing specifications, improvements in the current practices and creating prototypes
  • Creating wireframes by consulting the architects for technical feasibility, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, developing and implementing prototypes for software applications
