Hi CandidatesGreetings of the dayWe are hiring for,SDFCAdminWork with the existing Support and Development teams to establish and maintain best practices in Salesforce administration and management Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the SFDC based on industry best practices and business needs Design solutions using existing architecture. Work with the solution architect to refine and enhance new architectures. Experience in SFDC lightning. Support existing MDM, CRM projects. Build new integrations necessary to satisfy customer requirements Provide APEX coding as needed Support development of CRM Salesforce resources by participating in team discussions and sharing learnings Perform ongoing Salesforce Administration (create accounts / profiles, defining fields, updating layouts, reports, dashboards etc.) Support Salesforce.com configuration tasks such as field/page updates, workflows, automated approvals Participate in complex technical discussions with clients, clearly articulate options, benefits and recommendations Deliver support and solutions for break/fix issues Participate in SDLC refinement conversations for Salesforce groupsRequired Skills and Experience Worked on L2 support projects which include taking care of Configuration requirements. 5 years SFDC solution delivery experience as a Salesforce Developer. Salesforce Platform Developer Certified. Experience in Health Cloud projects for at least 2 years. Flexible in work timings as per Project needs. BE in Computer Science/ Information Technology, MCA Should be able to independently handle the project needs. Preferred Skills Knowledge and experience with the IQVIA OCE managed package Experience working with the Pharmaceutical Industry or a Commercial Sales Organization Experience with Agile solution delivery.Regards,Hr Team
