Build your career with us and apply todaySummaryThe incumbent would be responsible for supporting IOO partner onboarding which would include coordinating with various departments involved in the onboarding of new partners for various migrations in IOO India.Major Duties

  1. Partner with Recruitment Team to ensure a diverse population of candidates
  2. Coordinate scheduled interview sessions with IOO leaders, ensuring a diverse interviewing panel
  3. Organize /prepare all interview materials prior to interviews
  4. Prepare / update presentation materials utilized by senior management to introduce and welcome new partners
  5. Onboard new partners ensuring they have the necessary equipment and applications
  6. Generate candidate Bio sheets for interview panel
  7. Facilitate candidate debriefs with interview panel and IOO leadership team
  8. Coordinate with C & IS Global Training to set the training calendar
  9. Create the calendar that partners will follow for their first 6-8 weeks. Calendar includes all training, meet and greets, knowledge shares, on the job training, etc.
  10. Organize additional training opportunities with IOO trade partners and managers
  11. Create team building activities for the team
  12. Provide updates on progress of partners to IOO leadership team
  13. Actively participate in the review of training materials, provide suggestions
  14. Identify opportunities for improvement within the program
Knowledge / Skills
  • Knowledge of financial services, asset management and / or investment operations
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to change
  • Attention to detail
  • Works with a sense of urgency
