All the other services and applications on cloud consume these core services. OCI Networking Development, India is a newly established team who will develop these state of art, distributed and highly available virtual networking services.The service teams being established in India include:Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Service Gateway that allows access to Oracle services within the region to protect your data from the internet. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure service gateway enables consumer-to-service private connections (C2S connections).Content Delivery Network AND Network Monitoring ServiceSome on the services that we are building at IDC are being built ground up as new service offererings from Oracle OCI.We are looking for experienced Managers for the development teams for these services. Each of these teams are building components of these distributed services using innovative designs in a JAVA based development environment. As a Manager of one of these Java based micro services development team, you will be responsible for the hiring and retaining talented engineers and motivating them to perform to the best of their abilities.You will also develop and commit to roadmaps and plans for your team. The ability to manage the risks in meeting those commitments and ensuring the planned deliveries from the team that you lead is the key measure of success for this role.The teams operate with a modern CI/CD and DevOps based development process and with the most modern agile philosophy. OnCall and production support for the service owned is also an integral part of the development process.Your experience and ability to operate and lead in this environment is the key qualification for this job.The OCI Core teams follow a highly collaborative work culture.
