We empower the original mobile device: YOU!What were looking for:Position Summary - The Professional Readiness Specialist assists with creation and delivery of high quality process, communications and soft skills training for employees. Specifically, the Senior Enablement Specialist contributes to the development of individual components or deliverables (i.e. presentations, videos, eLearning modules, communication postings, handouts, worksheets, activities, etc.) as a part of enablement (training) projects The Sr Enablement Specialist must have a proven experience tracking and improving key performance indicators with respect to soft skills and communications skills. The Sr. Enablement Specialist is responsible for identifying skill gaps through training needs analysis and addressing these via instructor led training and development of training materials, assessments & coaching documents. Effectiveness of training will result in a measurable improvement in the performance of trainees.Roles & Responsibilities

  • Communicate clearly and consistently with Support stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain training content (including but not limited to presentations, handouts, worksheets, etc.)
  • Conduct process, communication, soft skills training sessions for new employees
  • Proactively identify trends through data analysis and build curriculum accordingly.
  • Monitor calls on communication & soft skills parameters.
  • Analyze & audit communication related data.
  • Provide coaching & feedback to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Analyze the coaching and training needs of employees & support them in delivery.
  • Assist in the implementation of action plans.
  • Report out the improvement process in business reviews.
  • Assist in planning & running campaigns to drive awareness and improvements on communications.
  • Participate in calibrations to ensure consistent scoring & feedback delivery approach.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Communications
  • 5 - 7 years of experience delivering corporate training and onboarding new employees to technical organizations.
  • Professional trainer & facilitator: Proven track record of effectively delivering training using various mediums & methodologies. Ability to coach and develop new trainers.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, as well as excellent presentation skills; ability to lead meetings internally and externally and executive briefings and influence decisions
  • The Sr Enablement Specialist focuses on improving the communications and soft skills of the employees to whom they are aligned. Their work is performed under supervision and guidance of Services Enablement management.
