1. Develop automotive embedded software control system based on multiple microcontrollers and sensors.
2. Develop low level driver and control software for smart mechatronics system in C, c++
3. Assist in maintain and improvement of continuous integration tools chain.
4. Perform design unit and integration software testing.
5. Perform worst case software analysis and software level DFMEAs.
6. Work on documentation as per A-SPICE and support to improve software development process to ensure good quality.
7. Work with system and electronics hardware engineers to allocate requirements to software elements and come out software requirement.
8. Assist in developing hardware/software test plans.
9. Investigate and evaluate new technology.
10. Occasional OEM customer interaction.
11. Participate in hardware and software design peer review activities
12. Perform ISO26262 safety relevant software analysis and development along with Cybersecurity.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

1. Basic understanding of Engineering fundamentals
2. Good analytical skills to analyse and interpret data.
3. Logical and creative approach
4. Experience of Continuous integration tools chain.
5. Able to develop CAPL Configuration
6. Experience designing software system with 32-bit ARM, Freescale, Renesas and other similar microcontrollers
7. Hands on experience using compilers and debugging environments such IAR, Greenhills etc.
8. Knowledge of CAN and LIN communication protocols and UDS diagnostics
9. Familiarity with unit testing tools such as VectorCast, LDRA and static code analysis tools such as Polyspace, Codesonar
10. Familiarity with Requirements management tools such as Doors, Polarion etc.
11. Experience with CAN tools such as CANoe, Canape
12. Experience with HIL systems such as Vector VT Systems etc.
13. Ability to interpret circuit schematics.
14. Strong hands-on electrical and software testing experience.
15. Experience with hall effect sensor software design
16. Experience with DC motor and solenoid control software design
17. Understanding of safety critical systems design
18. Working knowledge of MISRA C and ISO26262 Functional Safety requirements.
19. Fluency in English
20. At least 2 project full life cycle experience.
