*Schneider Electric is seeking a candidate for the position of Compliance Requirements Analyst, to join our team in Bangalore, India. This position will be responsible for researching, interpreting, and communicating requirements for international markets for residential, commercial, utility scale photovoltaic (PV) Stand alone and Grid Tie inverters, Charge controllers, Lead acid and Li-ion batteries, energy storage systems, Panel boards, communication devices like WiFi and Blue tooth in addition to EMI/EMC requirements.Roles & Responsibilities Work with contacts within Schneider Electric, with regulatory bodies, utilities, and customers, to identify and obtain the standards and specifications that residential, commercial, utility scale photovoltaic (PV) Stand alone and Grid inverters, Charge controllers, Lead acid and Li-ion batteries, Panel boards, communication devices like WiFi and Blue tooth in addition to EMI/EMC requirements that inverter have to comply with for specific countries and jurisdictions, in the fields of utility interconnection of distributed generators, product safety, and EMC. Facilitate or perform translation of documents and requirements from multiple languages into English Write briefs that summarize requirements relevant to our products and systems Communicate requirements to Product Management and Product Development teams, per standard requirmeents and by assisting with writing of detailed Functional Specifications* Shall be indpendent and need to coordinate with certification agencies and external labratories to get the necessary testing and certifications done in timeFeed questions from technical staff back to internal and external contacts to obtain answers, and refine our understanding and interpretation of requirements Monitor upcoming changes in requirements in key markets, and analyze and communicate the changes Maintain a library of original source documents, translations, and briefs Primary Qualifications:Experience & knowledge of:distributed generation systems and utility interconnection utility standards and practices relating to interconnection of electrical sources - protection, behavior under fault conditions, power quality, communications and control, etc.Experience working with regulations and safety standards preferably like UL 1741, IEC 60328, IEC 62109-1 and IEC 62109-2, UL 50E, UL 414, UL 67, etc., Grid code stadards like IEEE 1547, IEEE 1547.1, VDE 4105, BDEW, etc. The candidates must also have fairly good knowledge in EMI/EMC standards both FCC and IEC/EN 61000 series of the standards. general practices regarding regulatory compliance for electrical products global standards relating to product safety and EMC power conversion, control, and protection equipment Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English in a highly technical environment.Ability to read, write, and speak other languages, preferably including one or more of French, German, Italian, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, etc.Ability to source, translate, and analyze technical documents, identify relevant sections, and communicate requirementsKeys to SuccessSkills necessary for success are: oral and written technical language skills; a strong aptitude for understanding and communicating technical reqirements; the ability to recognize and extract the relevant requirements from long complex documents; attention to detail and thoroughness; information management; , *Education & Experience:

• Electrical/Electronics Engineering degree, preferably with a focus on power systems
• Experience with utility operations and practices

• Experienc of around 4-5years.
