Job Description1. Ensure manufacturing process compliance with legal- & safety requirements, engineering principles, customer requirements, Bosch standards and process specifications.2. Prepare, validate and document production readiness for NPI & ECR.3. 2nd level machine downtime problem solving and developing concepts for high machine uptime.4. Internal and Customer defect avoidance and reduction5. Develop and implement productivity and process improvements (e.g. CT reduction, Tool life extension, Tool/MAE localisation).6. Keep continuous close contact to all relevant departments in the production network and development even beyond the scope of ongoing projects7. Assure Machine, Process, Measurement capability are perfom8. Assure compliance in internal and external Audits.9. Proactive identification of potential quality risks and containment/correction.10. Knowledge transfer and Lessons Learned deployment (in and out: Training of Maintenance and Production, CN Lessons Learned, Benchmarking).11. Share the Lesson Learned to the CFT and IPN and CN teams.12. RPP measure implementation for productivity and process improvements (e.g. CT reduction, Tool life extension, Tool/MAE localisation).,
