Job Description

    Job Description:Notice period: Immediate/15 daysNote: We are looking for candidates, who have extensively worked onOracle Cloud, and ERP technologies positions.Required Skills/Abilities:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills.
    • Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite & Application Tracking System.
    • Work from Office only, Location-Blore (Whitefield)
    Responsibilities/Duties:
    • Collaborates with hiring managers/BU Heads to understand the needs and roles to be filled.
    • Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through a review of their resumes, interview, and other forms of communication.
    • Connects qualified candidates with hiring managers.
    • Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
    • Provides advice to hiring managers regarding salary negotiation with final candidates.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.
    Education & Experience:Any Bachelors Degree or MBA (with HR specialization ) will be preferred.Looking at 4-8 years of experience in IT Recruitment, 2+ years in Oracle ERP placements.
