Job Description

- Senior Manager - Financial Institution Alliances role entails acquiring/sourcing/retaining/expanding and developing relationships with Financial Institutions like NBFCs and Banks, collaborate with the decision makers who are looking at digital initiatives, treasury heads and business heads to onboard the Financial Institution.- It requires the candidate to do Business Development / market scoping, arrange meetings, prepare pitches/decks, present it to Banks / NBFCs, manage follow-ups to sell products.- Be active in scouting leads, converting them into meetings and further onboarding.- Ensure high level of client ownership, service orientation and satisfaction- Educate FIs of new products or product enhancements to further expand the relationship.- Plan and conduct special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing FI clients.- Maintain complete relationship record for assigned FI accounts.- Track customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfactionJob Requirements- 7 to 10 years of experience in Institutional Partnership / Alliances (Targeting Banks and NBFCs from engagement to onboarding to sales) with established financial institution/ Fintech.- At least a bachelor in any stream from recognized institutes. MBAs will be preferred.- Must have an existing network of NBFC and Bank relationships from his/her previous stints. No freshers should apply.- Ability to on-board, nurture, sales and maintain relationship with a group of Banks and NBFC clients- Good understanding of Banks and NBFC processes to onboard and make them active clients- Has been instrumental in structuring/conceptualizing new investment products- The candidate should be capable and has a proven track record of dealing with multiple stakeholders internally and externally- Go getter attitude & Self-motivated with a passion to achieve targets & goals given by the organization,
