We are looking for for our client, a reputed leader and well-known name in e-Learning/EdTech space across India in higher education providing cutting edge online programs like AI ML, BA-BI, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Digital Marketing, Data Science, etc.A talented and competitive marketing & sales operations professional who can thrive in a progressive sales cycle environment. Digital Marketing & Inside Sales - candidate will be responsible for developing & executing the enterprise teams online and content marketing strategyThe ideal candidate will be well-rounded: analytical, and metrics-driven. Additionally, will play a key role in identifying opportunities to enable revenue growth targets. Must be self-driven and comfortable with making multiple calls per day, generating interest and awareness, qualifying leads and closing sales. Your job scope will include : - Self-contributor role with a progressive team management responsibility over 3 to 6 months, with a split of 70:30 between marketing and inside sales - Plan and execute digital marketing strategies, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints - Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests. - To create campaigns that deeply integrate with our products/programs- Build and manage lead pipeline of multi-discipline education programs from globally renowned B - Schools - Responsible for adherence of the inside sales process, tools and data management - Demonstrates ability to leverage internal relationships with other departments to move the lead through pipeline stages - Organize and lead marketing feedback meetings (internal), as appropriate - Demonstrates an infectious positive attitude toward the job, the team, and the organizationJob Requirements : - Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEM, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns - Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage & convert.- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement- Proven inside sales/consultative selling experience with a consistent track record of exceeding acquisition targets - Excellent verbal, written communication, listening and data analysis skills - Strong phone presence - Demonstrated advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office- An entrepreneurial spirit to work in a start-up culture with a diverse and global talent pool - Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple programs. Flawless follow-up skills to ensure that leads move to closure - Ability to be pleasantly persistent with customers. Must enjoy customer interaction and has a positive attitude and pleasant phone manners - Ability to succeed in a revenue oriented and sales focused environment - Ability to work with limited direct day to day management - Should be flexible to stretch if business or team demands,
