The ideal applicant should possess a thorough understanding of SEO and ASO. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing the digital marketing strategy for organic growth, work cross-functionally with different teams to strategize and implement SEO and ASO optimization techniques and analyse its performance and optimize further. If you get selected you will get to work on cutting-edge digital marketing strategies along with experienced marketers. Key Responsibilities: - Develop optimization strategies to increase the websites and apps organic traffic and improve conversion rates.- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization and work with the content team to deliver content SEO strategies.- Define and execute on SEO & ASO strategy and roadmap, including leveraging internal and external resources, managing dependencies and deadlines.- Manage and monitor impact of changes. Monitor key KPIs, measure against goals and present data and way forward.- Keep upto date on new and trending SEO and ASO developments, methodologies and create an action plan to put them into execution.- Create a hypothesis to run AB tests to improve conversion in App and Website.- Develop and implement link building and other off-page strategies.- Recommend changes to app store listing, website architecture, inter-linking, and other factors to improve overall SEO & ASO.- Review technical SEO, ASO issues and recommend fixes.- Manage external agencies and work on building SEO/ASO plan and strategies. Expectation from the candidate: - 4-6 years of Digital Marketing experience- 1-2 years of management and employee development experience. - A data-driven approach to marketing - Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving and research skills- Should have good oral and written communication skills- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment to drive both strategy and ground execution Functional Competencies - Advanced knowledge of SEO & ASO.- Strong understanding of Google Play Console, App Store Connect, Google Search Console, Google Analytics- Expert in SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs) and ASO tools (SensorTower, Apptweak). - High level proficiency in MS Excel, Powerpoint and Word.- Fair understanding of Google Adwords, Facebook Adverts.- SQL Knowledge is a Plus.,
