Microsoft Search Advertising empowers the largest advertisers around the world to reach their maximum potential through paid search engine marketing on the Microsoft Bing Ads platform. InMobi will be responsible for complete business management/transaction across Bing.As Senior Manager - Strategic Initiatives for existing business, you will be responsible for the seamless adoption of new products, execution of revenue projects and delivery of new releases in the business unit and/or platforms. You will work with Internal project leads, Clients, Account Management teams, InMobi technical teams and the Microsoft team to drive success at every step. You would be the custodian of the governance structure for the releases in the business unit (meetings, status reports, dashboards, projections etc). You would also foster an Agile Culture in the organization and enable the teams to deliver faster and frequently to ensure revenue growth. You will be the single point of contact for all project updates and central initiatives that have been and will be launched. You will also be responsible for coaching/mentoring the team on the new products and projects that are to be launched.Role requirement & expectation:

  • 8+ years of work experience with 2-4 years of strong Program/Project Management/Digital Marketing Experience
  • Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally
  • Ability to lead teams on ad-hoc and long-term projects
  • Ability to handle and manage key/strategic client relationships and revenue
  • Should have good presentation skills
  • Experience in handling and driving senior client/stakeholder meetings
  • Good to have: Agile Coaching experience
  • Organize and facilitate the release meetings, planning, release stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, and demos
  • Ensure a strong metrics focused approach is applied in the project planning and delivery
  • Ensure that the teams are updating project-tracking systems to provide visibility and transparency on the progress
  • Highlight the risks, the opportunities and work towards close-the-gap initiatives on revenue and product adoptions
  • Support and act as a consultant to the account managers and project leads as necessary during the entire process of planning through execution
  • Possess excellent communication skills providing transparency and enabling information radiators
  • Facilitate discussions and conflict resolutions during planning meetings
  • Focus on quality of deliverables across all the new projects
  • Coordinate with the required teams to help achieve targets.
What do we expect from you
  • Bachelors degree or combination of relevant education (MBA preferred)
  • Digital Marketing Experience and an understanding of the digital landscape
  • Experience in Search Marketing and Display Marketing preferred
  • Strong understanding of the various metrics to be tracked when it comes to project management
  • Understand client goals and manage strategic client relationships
  • Identify and manage conversations with strategic clients on new pilots and products
  • Display solution selling skills at client meetings
  • Excellent team player and team builder
  • Championing continuous improvement in the workspace and the projects
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a very dynamic and timeline sensitive work environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse cultural teams

  • Ability to deal with multiple projects and deadlines and be able to communicate the delays well ahead of the time it occurs
