Sr. Manager, Tools & Tech Strategy (ISG SMaC)Choose a Job Family description from the list here .Join us as a [Sr. Manager, Technical Support] on our [ISG SMaC] team in [Bangalore] to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.What you ll achieveAs a Sr. Manager, Technical Support, you will be responsible for planning & delivery of Tools and Technology Strategy for ISG SMaC business. You will work in collaboration with Services Tech Strategy, ISG Support Services & other relevant stakeholders on defining & driving the technology strategy for Social Channel expansion, Automation & Virtual assistant implementation on Digital channels for ISG Technical Support Business. You will:

  • Manage a team of Social SMEs focused on Sprinklr Configuration, Automation, Reporting & Process Engineering
  • Be responsible for planning any new B2B messaging channel deployments (including vendor relationships) as per industry standards, competitor offerings and business requirements
  • Manage End to End Virtual Assistant Framework and Governance for all ISG Digital Channels
  • Manage Sprinklr MS relationship to ensure adherence to contracts & workloads defined and agreed

  • A graduate with minimum 10 years overall experience
  • Min 5 years experience in managing technology / tools strategy for B2B Social Media and Communities is required (mandatory)
  • Strong influencing skills & attention to detail with prior experience in working with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to think out of box and take smart risks to deliver our Digital Transformation Shift Left Goals for ISG Support Services Portfolio
  • Understanding of Dell EMC Enterprise portfolio or equivalent & prior experience in supporting Enterprise level projects will be an added advantage (Servers, Storage, HCI & Data Protection)
