Urgent requirementSenior Product Designer UI/UXBudget:Experince:Location : BangloreWork from office till covidEmployment Type: Full Time/ContractResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Design team and engineering to define and implement innovative mobile solutions, visuals, and experience.Execute all design stages from concept to final hand-off to developers.Create wireframes, interactive prototypes to communicate.Drive the UI/UX design with a focus on branding, usability, and ensure visual coherence effectively.Deliver pixel-perfect UI elements.Create powerful assets (Videos, Promotional Graphics, etc.) for the Marketing team to be able to sell the product effectivelySetting design requirements based on briefs from internal teams and external partnersLeverage design principles and personas to craft elegant, but practical solutionUse data from research and product analytics to understand customer needs, make decisions, and communicate solutionsGenerate end-to-end designs - from concept through production detailingProfile Required4+ years of minimum experience in building design solutions for mobile & web applications, consumer products, and SaaS.Should have a degree in HCI / Product design or have relevant experience of 7yrs in building digital products.Experience in developing design solutions through experience, user testing, and by following a data-driven design approach.Experience in leading the design development from the ideation phase to delightful user experience by collaborating with product, engineering, and design team.Up-to-date knowledge and skill in using Sketch, Zeplin, Adobe Animate.Solid understanding of building design systems, responsive layouts, and Information Architecture.Good understanding of design thinking processes, techniques, and methodologies.Proficiency in visual design, micro-interaction, and animation are good to haveUp-to-date Knowledge of Web UI Development Technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript, Angular, etc.)Experience with CSS, responsive design development is preferredBasic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such as Gimp or PhotoshopProficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around themPersonal Skills:Believe in fundamental thinking.
