This product is built in Java platform, advanced used of AI interactive chat bot.For more information, visit: http://www.247-inc.comBrief about the role:As a Product Manager, Messaging Platform of Engagement Cloud, you will partner closely with stakeholders in multiple business units and geographies, as well as customers and partners, to drive the product roadmap for Messaging, chatbots and conversational AI capabilities of the Engagement Cloud platform.You will be responsible for driving business growth by enabling scale and compliance that meet customer and business needs. You bring the rare combination of deep technical knowledge, customer s perspective and strong cross functional coordination. You have the unique opportunity to build the platform of tomorrow that enables customers admin, partners ability to configure the platform for use.Scope of the position includes thought leadership, presentations to the executive team, leading joint roadmap, working with auditors and presenting to prospects & customers.Responsibilities:

  • As the Product Manager, Messaging Platform, you will be responsible for building exciting new messaging platform features and capabilities that help 247 clients better communicate with our customers. These features will span both native and 3rd-party channels including digital channels such as WhatsApp, SMS, Email as well as voice channels.
  • Crafting exceptional developer experiences, planning & prioritizing sprints with your engineering teams, and driving the product vision and roadmap will be your every day.
  • You will be put in a unique position to address a huge market and shape the future of communication with your own hands.
  • Build the product roadmap and define the long term product strategy around this service. Work closely with a variety of partners and cross-functional product teams to execute the roadmap by planning and prioritizing objectively.
  • Collaborate with other product managers to prioritize platform features in the roadmap.
  • Own the roadmap and metrics, present status to executive team.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Practice Leads to present the cloud and security vision, roadmap and excellence to customers and prospects.
  • Participate and present in Quarterly Product Reviews.
  • Ensure agile practices are met across all teams to deliver the platform features.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of Product Management experience. Preferably in an online, enterprise SaaS product. with overall industry experience of 10+ years
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree
  • Basic understanding of how different communication channels (Facebook Messenger, Apple Business Chat, SMS ) work. Prior experience on managing platforms will be a plus.
  • Good problem-solving capabilities, with understanding of the basic UI/UX design concepts.
  • Strong stakeholder and partner management skills. Prior experience on managing platforms teams will be preferred.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and designers to deliver extraordinary products
  • Strong knowledge and experience with one or more product management frameworks
  • Ability to synthesize data from product analytics, A/B testing, experiments, and customer feedback into buildable features
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong speaking and presentation abilities, experience in executive-facing presentations
  • Solution oriented, inventive and self-starter. Accustomed to fast-paced environments and managing multiple projects with independent delivery schedules
