Job Description

*Job DescriptionMercedes Benz Research & Development India (a subsidiary of Mercedes Benz AG) is looking for a Sr. Program Manager with experience in the area of Cloud TechnologiesYears of experience: 12 18Requisites:People Management:

  • People and Skill development in his/her area/domain
  • Realistic Goal Setting, Guidance, tracking and Coaching
  • Delivery of Projects/Program scope in time it cost and in Quality.
  • Stake holder management including Customers and Business Partners
  • Optimization and effective use of Finance and Resources
  • Always finds a way to win, achieve objectives and milestones, through strong leadership, excellent execution and, whenever necessary, through experimentation, adaptation and collaboration
Technical:
  • Ability to understand the business context and provide holistic business solutions
  • Conceptualize, design and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis on a variety of projects ranging in both complexity and scope
  • Hands on experience of Smart data layer, data management, Cloud Technologies : Microsoft Azure, AWS solutions
  • Experience on E2E projects : Cloud Architecture, design & deploy highly scalable and fault tolerant solution
  • Experience in types of data sources, Domains wide data storage solutions, development of data model layer & self-service data platform.
  • Strong knowledge of Smart data layer, DevOps, MLOps etc.
  • Experience in Event driven microservices architecture
Added advantage:
  • Software Application / Web Solutions development experience
  • Strong knowledge of Manufacturing processes with concept of smart factory, smart supply chain, Digital twin, Digital thread and Digital Shadow, Industry 4.0 etc
