Job Description

Job DescriptionBAP Platform products & Customer Projects UxSenior Project manager managing multiple roles for BAP platform & customer projects solutionsAgile Project Manager for BAP Platform projects Includes setting up of Agile methods in handling the platform team of BAP versions and any future new BAP product development activities.Requirement enhancement, prioritization, planning & execution of BAP Platform upcoming featuresCustomer Projects with BAP solutions - User Experience study with a goal to improvise the usage, quality and make the solutions more user friendly and futuristicResponsibility and tasks:

  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment
  • Understanding of BAP platform and learning the technicalities involved
  • Understanding the future roadmap of BAP platform products
  • A proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams.
  • Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organize and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning for assigned projects
  • Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects.
  • Facilitate the agile team events (e.g. daily standup, sprint planning, review, retrospective etc.)
  • Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate tools:
    • Microsoft Project, Visio, and all Office Tools
Platform Projectso support the strategy of agile transformation (culture, leadership, system) and convert the strategy into actions.o Be in a consultant role to provide solutions advises in facilitating agile transformation.o Involvement in Requirement enhancements, setting up CI/CT framework going forward to enhance the efficiency, speed and quality of the BAP Platform feature deliveryCustomer Projectso Understand customer needs in the area of Agility and identify project opportunities to meet customer requirements.,
