If these challenges excite you, we would love for you to join us.Our go-to-market (GTM) teams own the end-to-end customer experience solving problems with Instabase - discovering the right problems, demonstrating solutions, proving value, and launching to production.As a Senior Solutions Architect, you re an experienced software engineer with a passion for building solutions and consulting with customers on how to solve problems efficiently. In this role, you ll architect and develop solution Proof of Values (POV) with customers and guide them to production launches alongside our Sales Engineering and Professional Service teams.What you ll do

• Serve as a key member of the Customer Success team to enable our customers to build complex and novel applications and services on the Instabase platform
• Consult with customers to build simple, efficient, scalable, and reusable solutions that deliver customer value applying the Instabase platform.
• Design and develop customer solution proof-of-concept (POC), working cross-functionally with SMEs from product engineering, sales engineering & professional services teams
• Design a path to production for customers to move from POC to a production launch, spanning infrastructure, application development, integration, security, and professional services.
• Scope each customer engagement, with attention towards clear and well-defined objectives and success criteria.
• Develop technical content i.e. demos, white-papers, webinars, training, architecture guides, etc. based on customer consulting intuition to reduce customer time-to-value.
• Synthesise customer insights and industry data to drive new solution opportunities with Instabase product teams that shape our long-term roadmap and strategy.
• Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the technical conferences and and the broader community of technical builders.

About you

• 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role i.e. sales engineer, solutions architect,TAM, professional services, etc.
• Experience working with large enterprise customers i.e. insurance, financial services, healthcare, logistics, etc.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills to audiences of all levels of technical, business, and organisation responsibility.
• Proficient writing technical guides, solutions, and applications in at least one programming language i.e. Python, Javascript, Java.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time to customer sites and events.
