As the cyberattack surface has grown, Nokia is offering technologies to help customers to provide the security and privacy that 5G, IoT, big data and cloud services demand while meeting high performance requirements. Our R&D Support team (4LS) is working on both traditional networks and cloud-based network architectures and protect end users and Internet of Things (IoT) devices from cyber threats. Our IoT/HDM device management products are cloud-enabled and allows enterprise and service providers to securely manage network connected devices (machine-to-machine, home) through the entire device lifecycle. As a Senior Technical Specialist 4LS, you will have a key role in solving the most critical and strategic issues in solution deployment and production issues acting as the interface between development team and services, care & customers.Key Responsibilities / Functions:Our team is looking for a talented and passionate support engineer for R&D Support (4LS) activities, having good knowledge of the telecom domain. You are active in networking with Nokia colleagues, building technical competency and knowledge sharing. Your tasks will include troubleshooting, problem solving, diagnosis and preventative activities which require remote and on-site support. You will report bugs based on performed test and differentiate between actual software bug, product limitations and as expected software behavior.
