Job Description

The Storage Administrator is responsible for management of all centralized storage technologies. This technology includes the various NAS/SAN/Backup environments, storage networks and all other technologies classified as a storage technology. Additional responsibilities include:

  • 5+ years experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Assisting in development and product engineering as it relates to these technologies
  • Managing and maintaining the companys storage - based systems and the deployment of these storage technologies
  • Understanding business objectives and seeking ways to help the company meet these goals with storage technology
  • As a EMC SAN and NAS Admin will be involved in all level Storage Management services and product support for various Storage boxes like EMC VMAX, PowerMax, VNX, VPLEX/XtremIO, NetApp and ISILON supported storage solutions across various platforms.
