They manage and maintain the SaaS and Managed Services platforms for our Warehouse Management and Order Management customer environments. These are Public Cloud Environments connected to hundreds of Integration touchpoints and Warehouses that our customers leverage to optimize their supply chain. Success of this team guarantees our customer the world class service they can provide to their end customers.You will be floating in the cloud, drinking your fair share of Java and related technologies and getting creative in supporting business on daily basis. You will have the opportunity to learn and interact with people from a variety of backgrounds and skill sets to enhance your technical and domain knowledge, while on a path for career growth at Manhattan Associates.As part of Manhattan Associates continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager for our Cloud Services team with experience in Program management in a fast-paced Cloud based environment and Client Interaction. You will also take care of metrics reporting, ensuring adherence to KPIs, drive efficiency and productivity improvement initiatives as well as drive Compliance and governance activities.We are looking for someone who demonstrates passion and ownership by embracing all aspects of Cloud Software Delivery: onboard, implement, operationalize and round the clock support in a highly paced global setup.Role Responsibilities:

  • Performs advanced level professional work that typically requires identifying key barriers/core problems and applying problem-solving skills in order to deal creatively with complex situations.
  • Monitors all critical cloud KPIs regarding availability, reliability etc. and drives efficiency initiatives
  • Monitors the status and gathers information and provides updates to the Leadership and drive actions
  • Manages all Cloud System related administration activities in terms of change control and ensure compliance
  • Drive customer engagement to ensure service delivery levels are of highest standard
Mandatory Skills:
  • 12Years of experience with broad understanding of Cloud based operations, preferably from Enterprise Applications space
  • Should have handled diverse programs in Product based organizations and Cloud operations
  • Should have good knowledge of Agile practices and driven Agile transformation
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills
Personal Attributes:
  • Should have worked on large and complex Cloud based environment
  • Should have dealt with large, multi-dimensional R&D/Operations team
  • Should have worked with diverse global teams and matrix structure
  • Should be assertive, solution provider, organized and highly energetic
  • Cloud certification is desirable
