We set the company s strategy and technology vision, offer an unparalleled research foundation for innovation, and provide critical support infrastructure for Nokia.You will be part of a service owner team responsible for servicing and supporting Nokia business R&D IT managed applications in the Software Engineer unit in the Global R&D Service Operation Unit. The team is a global until operating across multiple time zones and countries. What you will learn and contribute to

  • Responsible for service application / License budgets / Service-related cost planning
  • Co-ordination of application service support for multiple applications, including incident, service tickets, demand management.
  • Follow-up and challenge/approve on application roadmaps and project planning.
  • Co-ordination and escalation of level 1-4 suppliers in the service support system.
  • Experience of managing major vendors such as HCL / TCS / Accenture and the process of dealing with these end service providers.
Your skills and experienceYou have:
  • Accurate and wide technical background
  • Good planning and time management skills being a team player
  • Good Communication skill.
  • Continuous customer focus being our internal Nokia businesses, driving continuous service improvement
It would be nice if you also had:
  • Project management skill.
  • Knowledge in all or some of the following applications would be asset but not critical Linsee, MagicDraw, SCA Coverity, Sonarqube, Weblib, Livelink mDMS, Discovery Center, Lincase, Linux Terminals, Circe, EE WINSEE, Kimai, Nokia legacy DX/IPA products development and maintenance
  • Good understanding of IT Infrastrure WAN / Storage / Compute environments as you will interface with these teams on a regular basis.
