Job DescriptionExperience and Technical Requirements: 6 to 9Yrs in ServiceNow platformsIdeal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in working on ITSM using ServiceNow.Having an experience in ServiceNow Development needs and maintaining Service Portal.System integration experience using web services and other web based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAPUnderstand customer requirements and work on solutions.Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, etc.Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications and working on ServiceNow platform capabilities and tools like Discovery, Orchestration and other applications.Experience in managing workflows of Medium to Very Complex in nature.Desired experience in scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows ShellVery Good Experience working with relational databases.Good understanding of Database Technologies (MySQL, Oracle, SQL, etc.)Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIsScripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to Other ApplicationsHelp maintain expert knowledge of ServiceNow platform and products and ensure mentorship within the team.Required Certifications:ServiceNow - Certified System AdministratorCertified Application Developer ( CAD)ServiceNow - Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM)Desired CertificationsITIL V3 Foundation or ITIL V4 FoundationITSM Pro CertifiedMicro-certifications:Micro-Certification: Automated Test FrameworkMicro-Certification: Flow DesignerMicro-Certification: Integration HubMicro-Certification: Virtual Agent
